Refunds and Returns
At Box 2 Motorsport, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help! Please review our return policy below.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items that arrived damaged/not working properly, or not working at all are eligible for a full refund, or free replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, simply follow the procedure below,
- Submit your return request to Box2Motorsport@Outlook.com with your order number
- Once approved, you'll get a Return Authorized form (RA)
- Print and attach the shipping label (if applicable) and the RA form to the outside of the box
- After the product has been received and inspected, payment will be refunded back to the original method of payment or a replacement product will be shipped.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to verify availability. Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the damage or defect, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
